Abrasion resistance refractory castables are refractory castables that can resist the friction and impact of high-temperature solid materials or airflow loaded with solid powder, there is a range of products. It is made of dense high hardness aggregate, composite Ultrafine Powder and special
additives.
It has the characteristics of high bonding strength, wear resistance and good volume stability. Generally, the higher the bulk density, the higher the compressive strength and the stronger the wear resistance is. It has excellent wear resistance and adhesive property, good construction performance, simple maintenance and rapid curing at normal temperature.
According to different materials, abrasion resistance castables are classified into many categories, such as high-strength wear-resistant castables, high-aluminum wear-resistant castables, steel fiber wear-resistant castables, corundum wear-resistant castables and so on. The wear-resistant castables used in different parts are different.
Application: Wear-resistant refractory castables are widely used in the industries of used in industries of metallurgy, coal, thermal power, chemical industry, cement and others. specially for charging ports, discharging ports, various flue linings, wear-resistant layers of lining of slag flushing ditch, ore chute, coal unloading chute, discharge hopper and material silo, wear-resistant parts of garbage incinerator and wear-resistant layers of flood gates and discharge hoppers in water conservancy and hydropower projects, ports and docks, etc, where it play a role in protecting foundation concrete (or steel silos)
